Known as the "Rembrandt and Michelangelo of the East", Liu Jiyou is an accomplished master of animal painting and figure painting in the history of modern and contemporary Chinese art. In this workshop, through the study and research of Liu Jiyou's works, we will understand and master the essence of this master of Chinese painting.

Description

Mr. Liu Jiyou is one of the few modern Chinese painters who can paint white, heavy colour, small and large freehand. His subject matter is also very comprehensive: in addition to people and animal paintings, he was also proficient at flowers, birds, and landscapes. In particular, his achievements in figure paintings and freehand animal paintings are the most prominent. He adheres to the tradition of family learning, lifelong diligence, with diligent and pragmatic professionalism, a rigorous and meticulous work attitude, and constant innovation.
