Beginners Machine EmbroideryCourse Cancelled
Tutor: Gina FerrariCourse Code: 1219-04

This course is the perfect introduction to learning free machine embroidery. Master the basics, conquer your fears and learn to draw with your sewing machine. By the end of the weekend you will be able to tackle simple projects with confidence.

The course will cover everything you need to know to enable you to get to grips with free machine embroidery. Starting with mastering your machine and its settings, you will go on to learn the basic stitches that will enable you to tackle most machine embroidery projects. We will experiment with different types of fabrics and threads and the variety of effects that can be achieved. Throughout the weekend we will undertake small projects to enable you to not only practise your new skills but also to go home with some finished items. It is the perfect introduction to free motion embroidery for the complete beginner but also suitable for anyone wishing to refresh their skills.
